What You Will Do:

Lead on establishing, maintaining, and optimizing the standard operating procedures for fleet within Al-Futtaim Electric Mobility Company.

Management of fleet demo vehicles, including but not limited to; calendar management of requests, booking and preparation coordination, monitoring usage as well as onboarding/off boarding, logistical movement, accident claim and processing.

Lead and management of fleet sales operations, including but not limited to quotation Issuance, credit applications, invoicing, sale and documentation, payment transactions, vehicle registration, account creations, first line management of aftersales enquiries, pre delivery inspection requests and vehicle tagging.

Leading on fleet lease return process and fleet used cars operational sales process and coordination with brand operational leads to ensure physical vehicle readiness for sale, and transfer of ownership.
