Payments Executive – Ogold Precious metals Trading LLC

We’re seeking a Junior Payments Executive to support our payments operations and help deliver seamless payment experience for our customers. Key responsibilities:

•Operations Support – Assist with daily payments operations, transaction monitoring, and issue resolution

•Reporting & Analysis – Prepare regular reports on payment performance metrics (success rates, declines, chargebacks)

•Reconciliation – Support payment reconciliation processes and investigate discrepancies

•Vendor Coordination – Liaise with payment providers and processors on operational matters

•Customer Queries – Help resolve payment-related customer issues in collaboration with support teams

•Compliance Support – Assist with maintaining PCI-DSS compliance and documentation

•Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce errors

•Project Support – Contribute to payments projects such as new payment method launches or system upgrades
