Requirements

Minimum 2+ years experience in real estate or sales

Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market

Excellent communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)

Proven negotiation and closing abilities

Experience with CRM systems and property portals

Motivated, confident, and target-driven personality

Key Responsibilities

Connect with clients and understand their property needs

Conduct residential and commercial property viewings
