Respond to IT support requests across hardware, software, systems and networksInstall, configure and update IT equipment, applications and toolsAssist with IT projects such as upgrades, migrations and backupsMaintain accurate documentation, inventory and system performance recordsCollaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues
Profile
Experience in IT support or a similar technical roleStrong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office and basic networkingExperience using service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SysAid)Excellent communication, problem‑solving and customer‑service skillsDetail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
