MEP Draftman Coordinator / BIM Engineer – MEP Division – CITIC Middle East Contracting L.L.C

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed MEP designs and calculations.

• Develop load schedules (heat load, voltage drop, etc.).

• Coordinate designs between all disciplines.

• Issue construction drawings and specifications.

• Develop coordinated MEP 3D BIM models.

• Detect and resolve clashes with architectural and structural services.

• Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings.

• Maintain drawing revision logs.

• Lead and manage the MEP draftman team.
