Overview:

Responsible for driving sales and business development for civil infrastructure products in Abu Dhabi, managing end-to-end project sales, tenders, and client relationships with end users, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales and profit targets
  • Develop business through tracking Abu Dhabi projects and tenders
  • Handle pre-qualification with end users and EPC contractors
  • Manage project sales, tenders, submissions, and follow-ups
  • Conduct technical presentations and customer meetings
  • Build strong relationships with end users, consultants, and contractors
  • Identify new products, vendors, and market opportunities
  • Provide regular sales reports and market intelligence
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and manage receivables

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related)
  • 5–8 years of frontline sales experience in civil infrastructure projects (Abu Dhabi)
  • Strong experience in project sales (road safety, storm water systems, geosynthetics, manhole covers)
  • Established connections with Abu Dhabi end users and consultants
  • Strong technical and commercial skills
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, D365, etc.)
  • UAE driving license mandatory
