We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead and execute innovative strategies in the Tech sector. You will be responsible for leading all aspects of marketing, communications, and public relations for the company. This role owns the end-to-end marketing strategy, will lead and develop high-performing teams, oversee integrated campaigns across digital, content, brand, and PR channels, and ensure consistent alignment with overall company goals

Description
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that support business objectives, drive growth, and enhance the company’s brand presenceCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all marketing initiatives align with company goals and brand identityDevelop and execute thought leadership strategy to enhance the company’s position as a thought leader within the IndustryDesign, develop, and deliver persuasive presentations that articulate product value propositions, market insights, and strategic narrativesLead the design and execution of creative communication, branding, promotional activities, and events in collaboration with key business partnersBuild and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including agencies, vendors, and service providersManage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and monitor expenses to maximize return on investment (ROI)Direct and oversee market analysis and research to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insightsDevelop and maintain brand guidelines and marketing and communications policies and proceduresLead and ensure consistency across all external communications in line with the company’s brand guidelinesDirect the creation of press releases, executive speeches, and all digital and social media contentDesign and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, collateral, presentations, and briefings that communicate consistent, branded messages tailored to targeted audiences, with a strong focus on measurability, data analysis, customer profiling, and segmentationDevelop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectivesOversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of the company’s website and social media platforms, ensuring content is current, engaging, and aligned with brand standardsDevelop and manage exhibition and event strategies from concept through deliveryEstablish and manage internal and public-facing media archives, email communications, and mailing listsTrack, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and guide continuous improvement

Profile
Bachelor degree in a Marketing fieldMinimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years leading marketing teams, preferably within a B2B Tech organizationExcellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and ArabicProven experience working with and analyzing market research data and reports to inform strategy and decision-makingDemonstrated experience managing marketing projects and promoting cross-functional business initiativesExperience working with contracts, vendors, and procurement strategiesProven ability to support the planning and execution of large-scale events and exhibitionsWorking knowledge of media relations and press release developmentStrong organizational skills, with the ability to initiate, manage, and complete projects collaboratively while enabling team leadersDemonstrated ability to handle matters requiring diplomacy, sensitivity, and confidentiality
