Platform Operation – Kobet Technology DMCC
1.Develop and execute strategies to improve customer service, buyers and sellers throughout the eCommerce journey
2.Need to collect and manage feedback from both B-side sellers and C-side buyers and optimise and iterate on the platform (both website and application)
3.Through holding marketing campaigns, email marketing, daily push, etc. to increase the volume of active users and user conversion rate.
4.Focus on competitors’ platforms and summarise their new features, functions in time to publish them on our own platform.
5.Monitor and evaluate the performance of promotional campaigns, making adjustments as needed to maximize their effectiveness.
6.Manage customer accounts and provide support, addressing issues or concerns to maintain high user satisfaction.
7.Responsible for data analysis, keenly identify product issues through data analysis, and continuously improve product data metrics.
8.Responsible for user operations, enhance user lifetime value through refined operations and extend the time users use the product.
