Capability & Development Engineer – GAL GLOBAL AEROSPACE LOGISTICS

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and prepare technical comparisons of new aircraft, systems, equipment and/or components.
• Support the integration of new systems, modifications and upgrades into existing aircraft
• Collaborate with stakeholders to fully understand operational needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Develop RFIs, RFPs and SOW for aviation contracts/projects.
• Perform technical analysis and evaluate the feasibility of proposed capabilities.
• Verify that all developed capabilities comply with aviation regulatory requirements, standards
• Review substantiation documents and technical data related to modification projects.
• Facilitate and coordinate technical meetings with internal sections and/or external vendors
• Stay informed about regulatory changes and incorporate them into design and development processes.
• Create and review designs, specifications, and engineering drawings for new components or systems, as required.
