Key Responsibilities

  • Business Growth & Strategy: Develop and execute strategic business plans to identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities. Focus on B2B clients, including hotels, corporate offices, retail chains, and luxury establishments.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Actively generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  • Product Expertise & Custom Solutions: Gain in-depth knowledge of our fragrance portfolio, with a focus on scent diffusers, essential oils, and ambient fragrancing solutions. Develop tailored fragrance proposals and presentations that align with clients’ branding and commercial objectives.
  • Market Analysis & Intelligence: Conduct continuous market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences in the fragrance and home/commercial scent market. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.
  • Sales & Financial Management: Negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, and pricing to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with the operations, logistics, and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution, from initial client brief to final installation and after-sales service.
