Job Description:

• Assisting the Property Manager on follow ups and collection of rental payments form tenants, bank transfers when required and Accounts dept coordination.
• Coordinating between property managers during project period and after project completion.
• Following up between Admin team and Accounts team to ensure compliance with exit and renewal formalities SOP when tenants vacate and or renew.
• Ensuring adherence to Fire & Health and Safety Regulations across the assigned maintenance company, ensuring high standards of upkeep.
