Building and maintaining detailed financial models and feasibility studiesConducting cash flow analysis, ROI assessments, and scenario planningSupporting fundraising efforts through preparation of financial proposals and stakeholder engagementPerforming market research and investment analysis to identify opportunitiesAssisting in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planningPreparing reports and presentations for senior leadership and investorsSupporting due diligence and risk assessment for investment decisions
Profile
1-3 years of experience in corporate finance or financial analysis within the real estate sectorCA qualification required; MBA and/or CFA preferredStrong financial modeling and Excel skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesProactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
