Job Description:
• Serve as the welcoming face of the company, greeting and assisting clients, visitors, and business partners in a polished and professional manner while maintaining the reception area’s high standard of presentation.
• Manage guest flow, handle meeting room bookings, and ensure a seamless visitor experience by coordinating with internal departments and offering refreshments when required.
• Assist the HR and Admin teams with light office tasks such as taking inbound calls and maintaining records, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Uphold the company’s corporate image through exceptional grooming, communication, and demeanor.
