E-Commerce Executive – Shopify – eGolf Megastore

We are looking for a proactive and experienced E-Commerce Executive with strong hands-on experience in managing Shopify-based e-commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate should have end-to-end experience in managing Shopify websites, particularly someone who has been actively involved in website migration, merging of existing websites, platform restructuring, development coordination, testing, and launching a new e-commerce website.

We are looking for someone who understands the complete website management and launch process, rather than someone whose experience is limited to routine product uploads and website

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and maintain the company’s Shopify e-commerce website, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Have hands-on involvement in website migration, merging, restructuring, and new website launches.
• Coordinate with web developers, designers, and external agencies throughout website development and implementation.
• Manage product listings, product descriptions, images, pricing, collections, categories, and inventory updates.
• Ensure proper website functionality, navigation, user experience, and mobile responsiveness.
• Conduct website testing, identify technical issues, troubleshoot errors, and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Manage Shopify applications, integrations, payment gateways, shipping solutions, and other third-party tools.
• Monitor website performance, traffic, conversion rates, and customer purchasing behaviour.
• Implement SEO best practices and support digital marketing initiatives to improve website visibility and sales.
• Ensure accurate product information, stock availability, promotions, and pricing across the website.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve website performance, customer experience, and online sales.
