Responsibilities
- Lead, train and motivate a team of sales consultants
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Manage leads, follow-ups, viewings and negotiations
- Close key deals and support agents through to completion
- Build relationships with clients, investors and developers
- Ensure compliance with RERA and DLD regulations
- Report on team performance to management
