Overview of the role

We are currently building a strong pool of talent for future Reception Supervisor opportunities across the UAE.

We are looking for experienced automotive aftersales professionals who are passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience. As a Reception Supervisor, you will oversee the smooth operation of the workshop reception, lead customer-facing activities, and ensure customers receive professional, efficient, and courteous service throughout their aftersales journey.

What you will do

• Oversee the daily operation of the workshop reception to maintain high levels of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service to support customer retention and business development.
• Coordinate vehicle service pre-bookings to support effective workshop loading.
• Ensure vehicles are received professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure job cards are opened accurately and promptly to support correct job execution.
• Coordinate invoicing upon job completion to enable timely vehicle delivery and payment collection.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service charges, approvals, and negotiations.
• Support the reception team in delivering a professional and seamless customer experience.
