Job Summary

We are seeking a highly professional, well-presented, and experienced Female Filipino Personal Driver & PRO to serve as a key representative and front-facing asset for our executive management and household. The ideal candidate will combine excellent safe driving skills with the ability to handle government, corporate, and personal administrative transactions (PRO duties), while maintaining an immaculate and professional appearance at all times to serve as an elegant front for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Personal & Executive Driving:
• Provide safe, punctual, and reliable transportation for executives, family members, or VIP guests.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all conversations and business matters witnessed during transits.
• Ensure the vehicle is always spotlessly clean (interior and exterior), well-maintained, and fueled.

• PRO & Administrative Duties:
• Handle and expedite government, municipal, and corporate transactions (e.g., visa processing, traffic department, licensing, utilities, and corporate paperwork).
• Manage personal and corporate document submissions, pick-ups, and renewals accurately and on time.
• Act as a reliable liaison between the company/household and external government bodies.
• Company Representation & Image:
• Act as a professional front and corporate ambassador through exceptional grooming, etiquette, and a highly presentable corporate appearance.
• Greet and assist VIP clients or guests during pickups and drops with high hospitality standards.
