The Learning & Development Consultant will play a key role in driving the digital transformation of learning and development initiatives within Al-Futtaim Automotive. This position involves designing and deploying innovative digital learning solutions that enhance employee capabilities. The consultant will work closely with various departments to customize learning programs that meet diverse needs and align with the company’s strategic goals.
