Sales Executive – Dealer Sales – Bayt.com
We’re looking for hunters, energetic, ambitious, and fearless individuals who are ready to take YallaMotor’s dealer network to the next level.
If you’re driven by commission, love the automotive industry, and aren’t afraid to be on the ground, visiting showrooms, meeting clients face-to-face, and turning conversations into deals, then this role is for you.
This is not a desk job. It’s a field sales position for individuals who want to prove themselves, grow fast, and earn big through results.
What You’ll Do
Hunt for new business: Acquire used car dealers, new car dealers, and other automotive-related companies (insurance, finance, accessories, etc.) that aren’t yet working with YallaMotor.
Be on the ground: Spend your days in the market, moving from showroom to showroom, meeting decision-makers, presenting YallaMotor’s products, and closing deals.
Retain and grow accounts: Build strong, long-term relationships with your clients to ensure they continue listing and advertising with YallaMotor.
Promote YallaMotor solutions: Sell dealer packages, featured ads, and marketing services that help clients get more leads and exposure.
Follow a sales process: Record all activities, meetings, and updates accurately in the CRM system.
Think like an entrepreneur: Suggest new ways to improve our products, pricing, and sales strategy based on what you see in the field.
Deliver results: Meet and exceed your monthly targets for bookings, cashings, and new dealer activations.
