Fulfillment & Inventory Associate – Dubai – eliteUSA

Job Summary

Elite USA is looking for a reliable, highly organized, and detail-oriented Fulfillment & Inventory Associate to join our Dubai operations team.

This role is responsible for the day-to-day physical handling of high-value luxury inventory from the moment an item arrives at our Dubai office until it is packed and dispatched to a customer or another Elite location.

The associate will receive and inspect incoming merchandise, photograph and document items and receipts, maintain accurate inventory records, organize physical stock, prepare customer orders, and coordinate local and international shipments.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving & Inspection

• Receive incoming  packages daily, open and inspect each item upon arrival.
• Verify items against purchase documentation and internal records.
• Inspect merchandise and packaging for damage, defects, missing accessories, or other quality issues.

Item Documentation & Photography

• Photograph every incoming item according to Elite’s documentation standards.
• Capture clear photographs of the product, packaging, labels, serial/reference information, and relevant details.
• Tag and label items correctly for tracking and storage.

Inventory Management

• Ensure the physical location of every item matches the inventory system.
• Organize inventory so items can be located quickly and safely.
• Maintain a clean, secure, and organized inventory/storage area.

Order Fulfillment

• Ensure the item is clean, complete, and in appropriate condition before shipment.
• Pack luxury merchandise carefully and according to Elite packaging standards.
• Ensure orders are prepared for same-day or next-day dispatch when required.
