Description
Analyse healthcare, operational, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and performance improvement opportunities.Support the integration of data from multiple sources into a unified analytics environment.Partner with data engineers, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure data quality and consistency.Develop reports, dashboards, and insights that enable informed strategic and operational decision-making.Contribute to initiatives focused on improving patient outcomes and organisational effectiveness.Document analytical methodologies, processes, and data governance practices to ensure accuracy and transparency.Respond to ad hoc analysis requests and provide timely reporting support to leadership teams.
Profile
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Data Analytics, Healthcare Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a similar discipline.Strong experience with analytics and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.Proven ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.Experience working collaboratively across multiple business functions and stakeholder groups.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.Fluent in both Arabic and English.
